Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
1. RMA authorization number is required for all returns.
2. RMA number is valid for 30 days.
3. RMA number should be visible on the shipping label.
4. NO returns of print heads, bar code media, or software
5. Missing ships must be claimed within 15 days of invoice:.
6. A discontinued/obsolete product from the supplier does not qualify for a return.
7. Orignal product box must be clean and undamaged.
